Defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email spencer@lacie.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice — and cover any return shipping.

Everything else

Because laces are worn and handled, all other sales are final.

Preorders

Preorders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before your order ships. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page. If we can't ship by that date, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
