These terms apply to your use of lacie.store and any purchase from Lacie LLC ("Lacie", "we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is mispriced or we suspect fraud; if we cancel after you've paid, you'll get a full refund. Product colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

Preorders and limited drops

Preorder items are made after the preorder closes. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page. If it changes, we'll email you with the new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Limited drops are available while supplies last.

Intellectual property

The LACIE name, logos, designs, photos, and site content belong to Lacie LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lacie is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
